Thank you for choosing to use MemoryFlow ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. Because MemoryFlow is fundamentally designed to be a local, offline-first application, our privacy policy is very simple.
We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.
MemoryFlow operates entirely locally on your device. Every flashcard you create, every deck you import via CSV, and all your learning statistics (like your Ebbinghaus memory curve parameters and daily heatmap) are stored strictly within the local SQLite database on your personal device.
The application only requires internet access in the following instances:
Your flashcards, review history, and content are never uploaded to any remote server or cloud by our application.
Because MemoryFlow evaluates privacy deeply, we do not integrate any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising frameworks (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or AdMob) that collect user metrics or behavior.
You have full control over your data. You can export your decks into local files or import data onto your device. When you export or share these files, you rely on the secure mechanisms provided by your device's operating system.
Our app does not collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected, children are fully protected under laws such as COPPA.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since your data remains completely offline, any changes to this policy will only reflect structural updates to the app or updates required by app marketplace regulations. The most current version will always be published alongside the app listing.
